A phone call gets you an answer fastest: (830) 555-0173. Ten minutes usually sorts out whether you are looking at a new deep well, a deeper hole, a pump, or just a lower pump or a storage system. An estimate costs nothing and leaves you owing nothing.

Useful to have in front of you: the property or address, whether you are drilling a first well or fixing an existing one, how many people and how much irrigation the well has to serve, whether the well went dry or the pump quit, and whether there is an old well on the land. None of it is required.

Hours: We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 6pm, and we are shut on Sunday. A house with no water is an emergency, so call and we will get to you as fast as the schedule allows.

Permits: A new well in Kerr County needs a permit from the Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District and a licensed driller. In the neighboring counties we file with the district that covers your parcel. No contractor and no website can hand you an approval or a guaranteed date.

Water quality: We test the water and read you the lab numbers straight. Hard water is common in this limestone and is a comfort issue, not a safety one; where the results call for whole-house treatment we will say so and point you to a specialist.

Service area: Kerrville and Kerr County, including Ingram, Center Point, Hunt, and Mountain Home, plus Comfort, Harper, Fredericksburg, and Bandera in the counties around it.

One boundary worth stating. A routine yearly water test on a healthy well does not need us standing over it. If that is all you need, we will tell you how to do it.
