This website describes water well drilling, well deepening and re-drilling, pump and pressure tank service, inspection and water testing, and well plugging, and gives you a way to request contact from a local, licensed, and insured Texas water well contractor. Everything here, including any description of aquifers, drilling depth, casing, pump sizing, storage, permitting, or what a job involves, is general guidance. None of it binds anyone to a price. None of it is engineering advice. None of it is legal advice. No page on this site promises a permit approval, a well yield, or a timeline. Every well gets priced on its own after somebody reads the ground and the nearby wells. Questions about permits, spacing, well registration, groundwater rules, property lines, or what your land is allowed to do belong with the Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District or the district that covers your parcel, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a licensed engineer, your surveyor, or your own attorney.
